TWTG NEON Pressure Sensor
IoT Pressure Monitor for Hazardous Locations
LoRaWAN Class A, IECEx / ATEX Zone 1, IP66
The TWTG NEON Pressure Sensor (DS-RT-PS-02-XX) is an industrial IoT monitoring solution that digitizes analog pressure measurements for LoRaWAN transmission. This system combines the NEON Ratiometric Transmitter with industrial pressure transmitters to enable remote pressure monitoring in hazardous areas with ATEX/IECEx Zone 0 certification.
Designed for critical infrastructure applications, the NEON system features a robust IP66-rated transmitter that connects to pressure transmitters via robust M12 cable. The ratiometric measurement principle ensures accurate pressure readings across the entire signal range, while intelligent power management delivers over 10 years of maintenance-free operation in typical deployments.
Supporting pressure ranges from -1 to 1000 bar with various thread connection options (G½", NPT, metric), the NEON Pressure Sensor adapts to diverse industrial requirements. Its proven reliability across extreme temperatures and built-in diagnostic features make it ideal for digital transformation in oil & gas, water utilities, and industrial process control.
