The TWTG NEON Vibration Sensor is an advanced Industrial IoT solution designed for predictive maintenance in hazardous environments. This ATEX/IECEx Zone 1 certified wireless sensor continuously monitors rotating equipment health, detecting anomalies in vibration patterns before failures occur. Built for critical infrastructure applications in oil & gas, chemicals, and utilities, it enables proactive maintenance strategies that minimize downtime and reduce operational costs.

 

Featuring sophisticated onboard processing with configurable FFT algorithms, the sensor analyzes vibration signatures in real-time and transmits data via LoRaWAN when thresholds are exceeded. The ruggedized design withstands extreme industrial conditions from -40°C to +80°C, while the battery-powered operation enables deployment on remote assets without power infrastructure.
